Ready to explore different climbing techniques and new areas? Trad climbing is for you! A lot is packed into this course, as there are many considerations that are unique to ‘traditional’ climbing. Some of the topics covered in this Trad class are how to place and evaluate traditional climbing protection, check rock quality, and practice crack climbing. You will not be required to lead climb as part of this course.
